Avianca signs sale and leaseback deal for 12 Airbus A320neos with BOC Aviation

Colombian airline Avianca has finalized a significant transaction involving the sale and leaseback of twelve Airbus A320neo aircraft. The agreement was established with Singapore-based lessor, BOC Aviation. This strategic move allows Avianca to immediately access capital from the sale while retaining operational control of its fleet. Each of the new A320neos will continue to serve Avianca’s passenger routes.
