South Korean police order single KUH-1P helicopter

Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) has finalized an agreement to deliver a single KUH-1P ‘Chamsuri’ helicopter to South Korea's national police force. This represents the fifteenth such helicopter delivered by KAI to the agency since 2013. The acquisition supports ongoing adoption of variants of the KUH-1 Surion by parapublic agencies within South Korea. The contract encompasses spare parts for the new helicopter, ensuring operational readiness. KAI continues its role as a key supplier of this aircraft type to Korean law enforcement.
