Safran, Lufthansa Technik sign landing gear support deal

Safran Landing Systems and Lufthansa Technik formalized a ten-year support and services agreement at the Farnborough International Airshow. This significant contract encompasses landing gear and hydraulic equipment maintenance for Airbus A320 family aircraft, alongside A330, A340, and A350 models. The agreement establishes Lufthansa Technik as receiving OEM support for its worldwide Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations. Key components of this SSA include certified spare parts and engineering assistance provided by Safran. This collaboration strengthens operational capabilities across numerous airlines utilizing these prominent Airbus aircraft types.
