Lufthansa Technik strengthens Cebu Pacific MRO ties

Cebu Pacific has finalized its maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) agreements for legacy narrow-body engines through a new three-year partnership with Lufthansa Technik (LHT). This expanded collaboration encompasses eighteen additional CFM56-5B engine shop visits specifically designed for the airline’s Airbus A320ceo fleet. The agreement represents the completion of Cebu Pacific's final MRO tender related to these older aircraft. As Cebu Pacific continues its transition towards the Airbus A320neo family, this strengthened relationship with LHT ensures continued operational support. The contract solidifies Lufthansa Technik’s position as a key partner in maintaining Cebu Pacific’s growing fleet.
