DHL to build dedicated healthcare logistics hub at Singapore’s Changi Airport

Changi Airport Group (CAG) and DHL Global Forwarding are developing a specialized healthcare logistics center within the operational area of Singapore's Changi Airport. The new facility will be constructed as part of an agreement between the two organizations, marking a significant expansion of DHL’s capabilities in this sector. This strategic investment aims to bolster the supply chain for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals and medical equipment globally. Initial estimates suggest construction will commence later this year with completion anticipated by early 2025. The hub is expected to significantly enhance DHL’s ability to serve the growing demand for expedited healthcare transportation services from Asia.
