Nayak Aircraft Services takes over LAS Maintenance

Nayak Aircraft Services has completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in Portugal’s LAS Group. This strategic move encompasses LAS Maintenance, LAS Training, and SLOT-Human Resources under Nayak's ownership. Founder João Louro will maintain his position as Chief Executive Officer of LAS Maintenance, overseeing its operations. The transaction significantly broadens Nayak’s European operational footprint. This expansion is intended to bolster Nayak’s capacity for delivering premium aviation services with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
