Deutsche Aircraft completes evaluation of D328eco landing gear

Deutsche Aircraft announced the completion of an initial flight evaluation and taxi testing phase for the D328eco regional turboprop’s in-house developed landing gear system. The company utilized a legacy Dornier 328 as its testbed aircraft during this process, conducting five development flights at Oberpfaffenhofen. This newly designed landing gear is intended to provide Deutsche Aircraft with greater flexibility throughout the manufacturing of their revamped regional turboprop. The tests focused specifically on the in-house developed system rather than any external components. These evaluations represent a significant step forward in the program's progression toward certification.
