China Airlines picks REVIMA for B787 APU support

China Airlines has contracted with REVIMA to deliver comprehensive MRO support for the airline’s Boeing 787 aircraft fleet equipped with APS5000 auxiliary power units (APUs). The agreement establishes a Power by the Hour (PBTH) service, encompassing repairs and maintenance for both APUs and line-replaceable units (LRUs). REVIMA will provide predictive maintenance services alongside reactive repair solutions. This partnership aims to enhance operational reliability and reduce downtime associated with these critical components on China Airlines' B787s. Details of the contract terms were not disclosed at the time of publication.
