BOC Aviation seals record CFM engine deal

BOC Aviation has finalized a landmark agreement with CFM International, securing the largest engine order in its history. The transaction encompasses the purchase of 200 LEAP-1A engines specifically designed for Airbus A320neo-family aircraft. Furthermore, BOC Aviation holds an option to acquire up to an additional 100 CFM International engines. This significant investment will bolster BOC Aviation’s growing fleet comprised primarily of narrow-body Airbus and Boeing airplanes. The deal was announced at the Farnborough International Airshow, highlighting the continued demand for efficient propulsion systems within the aviation industry.
