My recent experience aboard Philippine Airlines’ Airbus A350-1000 in economy class during a lengthy international journey was overwhelmingly negative. The aircraft presented several significant issues that contributed to an uncomfortable and frustrating travel experience. Specifically, the cabin experienced severe turbulence, leading to considerable passenger anxiety and disruption. Furthermore, the seat design proved highly restrictive, limiting movement and comfort throughout the duration of the flight. Ultimately, based on this single flight, I found the conditions unsuitable for extended journeys.
