Uganda Airlines’ Boeing deal covers four Max 8s and four Dreamliners

Uganda Airlines has finalized an agreement with Boeing for the purchase of eight passenger aircraft, marking its inaugural acquisition from the American manufacturer. The order encompasses four Boeing 737 MAX 8 models alongside four Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner jets. This significant investment reflects Uganda Airlines' commitment to expanding its fleet and enhancing operational capabilities. Last month, the carrier announced intentions to acquire a total of eight aircraft from Boeing. These new additions will bolster Uganda Airlines’ route network and contribute to increased passenger capacity within Africa.
