Turkish Aerospace eyes Hurjet potential for UK trainer need

Turkish Aerospace International (TAI) is actively observing the United Kingdom's advanced jet trainer program, particularly as it relates to its Hurjet development. Six prototypes of the Hurjet are slated to begin flight testing by the end of 2026, representing a significant step in TAI’s efforts. Mehmet Demiroglu, TAI chief executive, stated that any program aligning with the Hurjet’s capabilities would be closely monitored by the company.
