Shearwater signs for up to 16 Eve eVTOLs

Eve Air Mobility and Shearwater Global Capital have finalized a letter of intent (LOI) committing to the potential lease of sixteen electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft produced by Eve. This agreement represents Shearwater’s initial venture into the advanced air mobility (AAM) leasing sector, following their partnership with Bay Point in April 2026. The financial details of the LOI remain undisclosed; however, it signifies a significant step toward commercializing eVTOL technology. Shearwater's involvement aims to facilitate broader access to this emerging transportation solution.
