Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has confirmed that ballistic missile attacks targeted the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and the Abha airport, resulting in tragic casualties. Three individuals were fatally injured during these assaults which occurred over recent days. More than thirty additional people sustained injuries as a direct consequence of the attacks. Flights to and from both Riyadh and Abha remain significantly disrupted following the incidents. Yemen-based Houthi rebels have asserted responsibility for carrying out the coordinated strikes against critical Saudi Arabian aviation infrastructure.
