Omni inks multi-helicopter lease deal with Milestone

Omni Helicopters International (OHI) has finalized a significant leasing agreement with lessor Milestone Aviation, encompassing a diverse portfolio of rotorcraft assets. The transaction involves the sale-and-leaseback financing of three new Leonardo Helicopters AW189 super-medium-twins. These aircraft are scheduled to arrive between late 2026 and early 2027. The package includes both new and used helicopters from manufacturers Leonardo and Sikorsky. This multi-aircraft deal underscores OHI’s continued expansion within the rotary-wing sector and highlights Milestone's role in facilitating fleet growth for operators.
