New Documentary ‘The Flight of Jackie Cochran’ Highlights Legendary Aviator

A new documentary titled “The Flight of Jackie Cochran” is commencing a national screening tour, beginning its debut at the Seattle’s Museum of Flight. The film celebrates the life and accomplishments of Jackie Cochran, a pioneering aviator who holds numerous world records in aviation. Furthermore, it recognizes her significant role as one of the founders of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) program during World War II. This initiative involved over 1,800 women pilots serving their country by flying military aircraft.
