NATO next-generation rotorcraft project advances to concept design stage

A new NATO programme focused on developing a next-generation military rotorcraft has progressed into its concept design phase. Six alliance nations – Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and unspecified others – are leading this initiative. Four pre-qualified bidders have been issued detailed requirements for proposals. These firms now possess until August 31st of next year to submit their responses. The goal is to establish a robust framework for future development within the project.
