GMF AeroAsia hands over upgraded C-130H to Indonesian air force

GMF AeroAsia has finalized upgrades for a second Lockheed Martin C-130H tactical transport aircraft, designated A-1319, for the Indonesian Air Force. The upgrade project aims to extend the operational lifespan of these legacy C-130s by up to twenty years. Indonesia’s Antara news agency reported this extension based on information from GMF AeroAsia. This work reinforces the critical role that C-130Hs play within Indonesia's transportation infrastructure. The handover signifies continued support between the MRO firm and the nation’s air force.
