Dassault transfers French navy’s first Albatros-model Falcon 2000LXS jets

Dassault Aviation completed the transfer of two adapted Falcon 2000LXS business jets to France's Direction générale de l'armement (DGA) on September 9th, marking a key step before their deployment by the French Navy. These aircraft are designated as the ‘Albatros’ and will be utilized in a maritime surveillance configuration. The jets were modified twinjets delivered ahead of service entry with Dassault anticipating ultimately supplying twelve units. DGA received the initial pair of Albatros-model Falcon 2000LXS jets for operational testing and integration. This delivery represents an important advancement in France’s naval aviation capabilities utilizing this advanced technology.
