Collins finishes integrated lab testing for SWITCH hybridisation project

Collins Aerospace concluded integrated laboratory testing of hybrid-electric subsystems as part of the Clean Aviation SWITCH project at its Rockford, Illinois facility, known as The Grid. These tests occurred at the advanced electric power systems facility and were led by MTU Aero Engines. The subsystem components successfully operated during the trials conducted at The Grid.
