Bayraktar TB2 drones team up to find and jam radars in ASELSAN trial

ASELSAN conducted a successful test flight on September 18, 2026, utilizing three airborne electronic warfare and radar systems integrated with Bayraktar TB2 drones. The primary objective of the trial was to demonstrate the capability of these drones to locate and actively disrupt enemy radar signals. Specifically, the system successfully identified and jammed multiple radar sources during the demonstration. This collaborative operation showcased a novel approach combining ASELSAN’s expertise in electronic warfare with the tactical advantages offered by the Bayraktar TB2 platform. The results represent a significant advancement in unmanned aerial surveillance and defense technologies.
