Avolon finalises 140 Boeing 737-10 order

Avolon has finalized an agreement to purchase 140 Boeing 737-10 aircraft, marking the largest 737 MAX order by a leasing company. This substantial deal elevates Avolon’s total backlog beyond 240 unfilled orders. The acquisition underscores the continued demand for the 737-10 variant within the aviation industry. Leasing companies have collectively placed firm orders for over 230 additional 737-10s anticipated in 2026. Industry analysts predict this trend will continue with five times the current volume of orders expected.
