Archer, Korean Air to work on militarised Midnight eVTOL

Archer Aviation and Korean Air are collaborating to explore the conversion of Archer’s Midnight electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for military applications. This partnership anticipates potential interest from South Korea's procurement agency in utilizing the modified aircraft. Initial discussions between the two companies are currently focused on the technical aspects of adapting the Midnight eVTOL design. Korean Air confirmed that work is underway, detailing ongoing efforts within the collaboration. The goal remains centered around developing a militarized version of Archer’s existing technology.
