Atlas completes Air Atlanta investment

Atlas Air Worldwide finalized its strategic investment in Air Atlanta, securing a 49% minority stake within the Icelandic ACMI operator. This acquisition significantly broadens Atlas’s global widebody aircraft operating capabilities across international routes. Titan Aviation Holdings, an Atlas subsidiary, took ownership of all aircraft previously held by the Air Atlanta group as part of this deal. The transaction establishes a long-term partnership between both companies, facilitating increased operational efficiencies and expanded reach.
