Akzonobel Aerospace Coatings opens new Thailand facility

AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings inaugurated its state-of-the-art color blending and distribution facility in Chonburi, Thailand, on August 25, 2026. This strategic expansion significantly enhances the company’s ability to serve a diverse clientele within the Asia-Pacific region. The new facility includes a production floor, quality control laboratory, and is designed to bolster support for commercial aviation operators, MRO providers, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Guests were able to tour these areas during the opening ceremony, showcasing AkzoNobel's commitment to regional partnerships. Ultimately, this investment solidifies AkzoNobel Aerospace Coatings’ position as a key supplier of aerospace coatings throughout Southeast Asia.
