Air Seychelles signs lease for two A321XLRs

Air Seychelles has finalized a leasing agreement with SMBC Aviation Capital for two Airbus A321XLR aircraft, marking the airline’s strategy to bolster its fleet and broaden its operational reach across networks. The lessor, SMBC Aviation Capital, confirmed that these specific long-range narrowbodies are currently part of their existing orderbook, indicating a significant investment in Air Seychelles' future growth plans. Delivery of the initial A321XLR is scheduled for 2028, allowing Air Seychelles ample time to integrate the new aircraft into its operations.
