Aeroméxico to Deploy Honeywell Runway Safety Tech Across 737 Fleet

Aeroméxico has announced its commitment to enhancing operational safety by deploying Honeywell’s Runway Safety Technology across its entire Boeing 737 fleet. The initiative will integrate SURF-A alerts, designed to proactively warn pilots of potential collisions with other aircraft located on the same runway. These alerts activate when an aircraft is detected as being on a collision course with another aircraft. Honeywell's technology provides critical situational awareness for Aeroméxico pilots during ground operations. This deployment represents a significant investment in passenger and crew protection at one of Mexico’s largest airlines.
