Zuri takes tilt at cargo market with uncrewed VTOL aircraft

Zuri, a Czech advanced air mobility developer, has introduced its inaugural commercial product: a large vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) cargo drone designed for both civil and defense sectors. This new drone is based directly on Zuri’s technology demonstrator, TD 2.0, which is slated to commence flight testing next year. The design incorporates hybrid-electric technology developed by the firm, mirroring their latest demonstration project. Initial applications of this VTOL aircraft will focus on cargo transport capabilities. Zuri anticipates significant market opportunities within the burgeoning uncrewed aerial vehicle industry.
