Wizz Air to reinstate 12 Middle Eastern routes this winter

Wizz Air announced it will progressively restore twelve routes to destinations within the Middle East this upcoming winter season. Specifically, half of these flights – six in total – are scheduled for Abu Dhabi. The budget carrier clarified that despite this expansion, they have no intentions of re-establishing a permanent base operation in the region. Wizz Air’s strategy involves a phased return to service across various Middle Eastern locations. This renewed focus represents a significant step back into key markets following previous route suspensions.
