Electra Aircraft Corporation recently showcased its hybrid-electric EL2 aircraft during a successful demonstration at the Manhattan Heliport. The EL2 achieved a fixed-wing landing, marking an important milestone for the company’s development program. This event highlighted the potential of the technology as Electra prepares to introduce its larger nine-passenger EL9 design.
