UK’s National Police Air Service orders two more H135s, brings order to nine

The UK’s National Police Air Service (NPAS) has increased its fleet by ordering two additional H135 helicopters. This expansion follows an initial order and now totals nine H135 aircraft within the NPAS operational network. These helicopters are utilized for a variety of law enforcement tasks across the United Kingdom. The NPAS utilizes these aircraft to support police operations, including search and rescue, crime scene investigation, and rapid deployment capabilities. Currently, the NPAS operates from locations in Newport, RAF Valley, Wigtown, and Aberdeen, providing critical aerial assistance to regional policing teams.
