UK launches Hawk replacement battle with industry engagement phase

The United Kingdom has begun a process to replace its Royal Air Force’s BAE Systems Hawk T2 and T1 jet trainers, including those used by the Red Arrows aerobatic display team. The Ministry of Defence (MoD) initiated this program to secure responses to an initial government request for information. Responses are due for submission by September 11th, marking the start of an industry engagement phase. This initiative aims to identify suitable aircraft replacements for the RAF's training needs. Industry partners will be involved in shaping the future of UK air combat training capabilities.
