SpaceX launches 24 Starlink satellites to orbit from California (photos)

On July 31, SpaceX successfully deployed 24 additional Starlink satellites into low Earth orbit using a Falcon 9 rocket. The launch originated from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California’s central coast. This mission represents another step in SpaceX’s ongoing efforts to expand its global satellite internet network. Each Starlink satellite is designed to provide high-speed broadband access across underserved areas worldwide. Following separation, the 24 satellites began their orbital insertion maneuvers, contributing to an increasingly dense constellation.
