SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket sends Starlink satellites to orbit a day after rare launch abort

On Tuesday, July 21st, a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket successfully deployed twenty-four Starlink satellites into orbit following an aborted launch earlier that day. The mission originated from Vandenberg Space Force Base located in California. This successful launch occurred one day after SpaceX experienced a launch abort during the initial ascent of the same vehicle. Prior to this event, engineers had identified a problem with the Merlin engine’s propellant flow. Consequently, the flight controllers made the decision to halt the launch and address the issue before proceeding.
