SITA to acquire CAE airline software Flightscape

SITA has finalized the acquisition of CAE Inc.’s airline operations software business, Flightscape, with the goal of enhancing operational decision-making for airlines globally. The transaction will enable airlines to better manage disruptions and optimize their flight planning processes. Flightscape’s systems are designed to support a range of critical functions including crew management, operational oversight, ground activity coordination, and in-flight service delivery. Currently, over ninety airlines utilize Flightscape's technology to streamline their daily operations. This strategic move strengthens SITA’s portfolio within the aviation sector by integrating advanced solutions.
