SIA Engineering Company Limited (SIAEC) finalized the acquisition of a 30% equity stake in Arport Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering (Fujian), operating as Arport AME, on August 26, 2026. This strategic investment marks a significant step for SIAEC’s global expansion within aircraft maintenance and engineering services. The transaction concluded following the fulfillment of all stipulated conditions outlined previously. SIAEC had initially announced its intention to acquire this stake on March 17, 2026, through its subsidiary, SIAEC Global Private. This move strengthens both companies' capabilities and positions them favorably within the aviation sector.
