Search Suspended for Twin-Engine Plane, Pilot Off Oregon Coast

A Beechcraft 95 Travel Air aircraft experienced a fatal crash near Newport Municipal Airport on October 26, 2023. The single-pilot flight went down approximately three nautical miles south of the airport’s runway. Search efforts are currently underway focusing on the area off the Oregon coast following the incident.
