Royal Air Force Typhoons to fly defensive missions over Saudi Arabia

The United Kingdom has pledged a significant increase in its operational support for Saudi Arabia, formalized through an announcement made on October 20th. Several Royal Air Force Typhoons will be deployed to conduct defensive missions protecting Riyadh. This expanded commitment includes an A330 Voyager tanker aircraft and an A400M transport plane to bolster the operation’s capabilities. London is intensifying its assistance following an earlier agreement regarding this enhanced support. These Typhoons are intended to provide defensive measures specifically for Riyadh's protection.
