Rolls-Royce books new Trent engine business

Rolls-Royce has announced significant new engine orders, bolstering its wide-body aircraft commitments. Somon Air of Tajikistan will receive four Trent 1000 XE engines to power two Boeing 787 Dreamliners as part of the agreement. This latest order follows LATAM’s earlier purchase of six Trent 1000 XE engines in July of this year. The deals represent continued confidence in Rolls-Royce's Trent engine technology within the commercial aviation sector. These additions further solidify the Trent 1000 XE engine’s position across various airlines and aircraft types globally.
