Pan Am partners with PPOT to expand pilot training access

Pan Am Flight Academy has established a partnership with Professional Pilots of Tomorrow (PPOT) to enhance opportunities for aspiring pilots. This collaboration, known as the NEXTGEN Pilot Programme, focuses on providing mentorship and crucial training resources to participants. The initiative seeks to broaden access to professional development pathways within the aviation industry. Specifically, PPOT members will benefit from Pan Am’s support in their pursuit of airline careers. Through this arrangement, both organizations aim to facilitate pilot progression towards commercial flight roles.
