Ontic has completed the acquisition of Aero-Mach companies, bolstering its operational scope with key manufacturing, distribution, and aftermarket services. This strategic move incorporates Aero-Mach’s extensive history spanning over fifty years within the aviation sector. The transaction includes three specialist businesses: Aero-Mach Labs, Aero-Mach Wilco, and Aero-Mach TCO. Aero-Mach Labs specifically offers aerospace manufacturing alongside technical support and repair overhaul solutions. Furthermore, Aero-Mach Wilco focuses on distributing various aviation components and supplies to enhance Ontic's capabilities.
