A National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigation into the October 5th incident involving Prime Air Flight 767 at Miami International Airport reveals that pilot Captain Robert Hayes received multiple warnings regarding the aircraft's speed prior to the overrun. The Continuous Descent Approach (CDA) alert and the Automatic Thrust Alert were triggered repeatedly during the approach phase of the flight.
