Marshall aims to find buyer for aerospace business by year-end

Marshall Aerospace, a UK family firm, is undertaking a comprehensive sales process to divest its final division, the military maintenance, repair and overhaul provider. The owner of Marshall Aerospace intends to conclude this sale within the current calendar year. This announcement was revealed in the company’s annual report, highlighting their strategic shift. Cambridge-based Marshall Group initiated the sales process with the goal of identifying a suitable buyer for the business unit. Representatives from Marshall Aerospace are actively seeking an acquirer to finalize the transaction by December.
