MAAS Aviation has named Edwin Poldermans as its new Head of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), effective immediately. This appointment follows Mark Gidman’s decision to step back from his role as Group Chief Operating Officer after a distinguished 36-year career with the company. Poldermans possesses over three decades of experience within aviation and aerospace industries. He previously held key leadership positions at Fokker Techniek and GKN Fokker, demonstrating a strong track record in MRO operations.
