Lithuania receives first Switchblade 600s after 2024 delivery pledge

The Lithuanian Armed Forces have taken receipt of their initial supply of AeroVironment Switchblade 600 loitering munitions, marking a significant step in bolstering the nation’s defense capabilities. This delivery occurred more than two years following an earlier commitment made by AeroVironment to provide these advanced weapons systems. The exact number of Switchblade 600s received remains undisclosed at this time; however, it represents a substantial investment for Lithuania.
