Leonardo appoints new managing director for helicopters division

Leonardo Helicopters announced the appointment of Stefano Villanti as the company’s new Managing Director for the helicopter division. This strategic leadership change reflects Leonardo's ongoing commitment to bolstering operations within its rotorcraft business segment. Villanti assumes responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the division, including product development and sales strategies. The move aims to strengthen Leonardo Helicopters’ position in key markets globally. Prior to this role, Villanti held a senior management position at Airbus Helicopters.
