Joby Aviation begins its first eVTOL Integration Pilot Program flights

Joby Aviation initiated its inaugural eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP) flights during a week-long campaign, marking a significant step in the development of urban air mobility. These initial flights took place in Columbus, Ohio, as part of the eIPP program’s testing phase. The campaign involved integrating Joby's electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft with existing transportation infrastructure.
