Irish leasing firm Orix acquiring Welsh-based aftermarket specialist AerFin

Orix Aviation, an Irish-based lessor with a portfolio of approximately 240 aircraft including Airbus and Boeing models, is set to acquire AerFin, a Welsh-based aftermarket specialist. The transaction anticipates completion by the end of this year following a takeover from current private equity ownership.
