Inquiry probes BA A320’s air-data reference incident and degraded flight law

French investigators are examining an incident involving a British Airways Airbus A320 during its approach to London Heathrow on July 6th. The crew received stall warnings while the aircraft experienced degraded flight-control law. Preliminary information from the Bureau d'Enquêtes et d'Analyses (BEA) indicates this was related to an air-data reference issue. Investigators have not yet determined the root cause of the problem, but it occurred as the plane approached Heathrow Airport.
