Russian aircraft manufacturer United Aircraft has secured provisional agreements to deliver over 80 Ilyushin Il-114-300 turboprop aircraft to Indian operators. Fifty of these aircraft are earmarked for Pinnacle Air, as outlined in a letter of intent. Sleek Aviation is slated to receive thirty-five additional Il-114-300s under a separate memorandum of understanding. The deals were announced during the Innoprom exhibition held in Delhi. These deliveries represent a significant expansion of Russia’s presence within India's aviation sector and bolster regional connectivity.
